POSITION 1: Manager, Remittance & Correspondent Banking
Location: Addis Ababa – Head Office
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields
- Experience:
- MA holders: Minimum 5 years of banking experience
- BA holders: Minimum 7 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years at the senior officer/team leader level in international banking
POSITION 2: Branch Manager
Location: Addis Ababa – Branch Network
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related business fields
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in banking operations
- At least 2 years as a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent in branch banking
Key Competencies:
- Branch operations & leadership
- High-performance team building
- Time management & problem-solving
- Coaching & mentoring
- Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of core banking systems
- Understanding of Interest-Free Banking (advantageous)
