The Trainee Electro-Mechanical Technician Program provides hands-on training in Boiler Machines, Production Line Machines, and Industrial Printing Machines used in carton manufacturing. This structured program aims to build competent technicians capable of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- TVET Program, Diploma, or BSc in:
- Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Engineering or related fields
Experience:
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Up to 1 year relevant experience accepted
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of motors, gears, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and industrial control systems
- Knowledge of boilers & printing machines is an added advantage
Soft Skills:
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical ability
- High commitment to learning and safety
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, operation, and maintenance of:
Boiler Systems (steam generation, pumps, valves, controls)
Production Line Machines (corrugator, slotter, folder-gluer, cutting machines)
Printer Machines (flexo printing, die-cutting units) - Participate in both preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical machinery issues
- Learn to read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports and daily activity logs
