Position 1: Teller I
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- BA Degree or Level IV qualification in Accounting, Management, or a related field
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in the microfinance industry
Duty Station
- Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accountant I
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- BA Degree, Level IV, or Diploma in Accounting or Accounting and Finance
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the microfinance industry
Duty Station

Position 3: Customer Service Officer I
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Level IV, Diploma, or BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or other related Social Science fields
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in the microfinance industry
Duty Station
- Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- BA Degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Operations Officer, or
- 6 years of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer
- Microfinance experience is mandatory
