Position Overview – Junior IT Support Officer
The Junior IT Support Officer will work under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and support the smooth operation of POS systems and payment gateway services. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in fintech and IT support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BSc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and payment gateways (preferred but not required).
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced technology environment.
