Available Positions
1. Call Center Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Experience:
- 1–2 years in call center or customer service roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
- Deliver professional customer support
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
2. Senior HR Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s Degree or HR certification is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in the financial sector is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Manage HR processes and employee relations
- Prepare HR reports for management decision-making
- Support organizational development initiatives
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional experience relevant to the role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment
- Knowledge of banking or investment sector is an advantage
