Position 1: Attorney-I
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Legal Officer II or relevant legal experience.
Job Purpose
The Attorney-I will support the bank by handling legal matters, including:
- Non-loan litigation cases.
- Criminal cases.
- Loan litigation and foreclosure cases.
- Court appearances and arbitration tribunal proceedings.
- Providing legal support to protect the bank’s interests.
Duty Station
- Wegagen Bank Dire Dawa District Office
Position 2: Legal Aid
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or Diploma equivalent qualification in Law and Legislation.
- LLB qualification is also acceptable.
Experience:
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Job Purpose
The Legal Aid Officer will support the bank by:
- Facilitating court-related issues.
- Assisting with foreclosure-related processes.
- Providing legal administrative support.
