Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3.5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the banking industry is highly preferred.
- Banking experience is mandatory.

- As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Hawassa
- Bahir Dar
- Mekelle
Position 2: Treasury Officer
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- BA, MBA, or MA in:
- Accounting and Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 3.5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred.
Salary:
- As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Duty Station:
- Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Treasury Officer
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- BA, MBA, or MA in:
- Accounting and Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 5.5 years of experience, or relevant equivalent qualification-based experience.
- Must have relevant banking industry experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Treasury Officer or related position.
Salary:
- As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Duty Station:
- Addis Ababa
Position 4: Manager – Capital Market and Investor Relations Division
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- BA, MBA, or MA in:
- Accounting and Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 7.5 to 9.5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in capital markets, investor relations, finance, or related areas is an advantage.
Salary:
