Position 1: Branch Operation Manager III (NES)
Location

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- At least 1 year of experience as Branch Operation Manager IV or equivalent.
Purpose of the Job
The Branch Operation Manager III is responsible for overseeing daily branch cash and operational activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. The position also supports quality customer service, transaction authorization, account reconciliation, product promotion, and effective supervision of branch staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of daily cash and branch operations.
- Maintain compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage cash balances and authorize transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and monitor operational activities.
- Promote Bank products and services.
- Address customer needs and provide quality service.
- Supervise branch staff and support a productive work environment.
Position 2: Branch Manager IV (NS)
Location
Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- At least 1 year of experience as Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or equivalent.
Purpose of the Job
The Branch Manager IV is responsible for ensuring that the overall banking operations of the branch are carried out in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of overall branch banking operations.
- Monitor branch activities in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Support the effective and efficient operation of the branch.
