Available Positions
1. Manager, Treasury Sales Desk
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or BCom from a recognized university; post-graduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in banking and global market sales
Role Summary
Lead marketing activities to achieve financial targets within the Treasury department. Develop strategies to increase the bank’s business share in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Money Market sectors. Manage client portfolio expansion, implement performance review systems with Treasury leadership, introduce new products, and deliver presentations to promote Treasury products and build customer relationships.

2. Manager, Trading Desk
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Commerce, Statistics, or professional qualification such as CFA
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of trading experience in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income products
Role Summary
Oversee the bank’s Foreign Exchange (Spot, Forward, Swap) and Fixed Income trading activities. Drive growth in market share and revenue in line with the Treasury strategy. Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Retail & Business Banking, Asset Liability Management, Money Market, and Sales teams to maximize trading profits while managing risk within delegated limits.
