JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1: Sr. Customer Service Officer-II-IFB
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with three (3) years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.
Place of Work: Mizan-Aman Branch
Position 2: Sr. Customer Service Officer-II
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with three (3) years relevant work experience
Place of Work: Newly opening Branch under Hawassa District (Asasa Branch)
Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor-II
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years relevant work experience
Place of Work: Newly opening Branch under Hawassa District (Asasa Branch)
Position 4: Branch Manager II
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance with five (5)/seven(7) years of relevant work experience; of which Two years of experience should be at supervisory level, particularity as Branch Manager.
Place of Work: Bahir Dar Branch
Position 5: Branch Manager III
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
Position 6: Branch Manager IV
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Customer Service Supervisor or Assistant Branch Manager
Place of Work: Newly opening Branch under Hawassa District (Asasa Branch) & Branches under Jimma District
