JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Wegagen Bank would like to hire Graduate Trainee with the following requirements.
Wegagen Bank S.C. is one of the seasoned private commercial banks providing a wide range of quality banking services in Ethiopia with an ever growing and remarkable operational performance.Currently the bank has devised a new strategic plan & subsequently reviewed its organizational structure.The Bank reaches out to almost all parts of the country through its service outlets, including branches and Forex offices, currently exceeding well over 400.Thus, the Bank is looking for professionals with vibrant track records for the following vacant positions .
Position: Graduate Trainee (IFB)
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and other Banking business related fields.
- CGPA 2.75 and above
Experience: 0 year/ Work experience is not required
- Year of graduation: Only 2023 and 2024 graduates with exit exam above 50%.
- Age < 25
- COC(for level IV) is mandatory
- IFB Training certification is Advantageous.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory.
Job Purpose:
- To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency.
Place of Work: Branches under addis ababa
