Available Positions
1. Legal Officer I
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as Legal Officer II or in a similar position.
Job Purpose:
Provide legal support through research, documentation, and advisory services. Conduct staff training on legal matters, monitor compliance with laws and policies, and regularly update management on legal developments.
Location: Head Office
2. Senior Legal Officer
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as Legal Officer I or relevant professional experience.
Job Purpose:
Offer legal guidance and document preparation, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, train staff on legal frameworks, and maintain consistent reporting on legal cases and policy changes.
Location: Head Office
3. Branch Manager IV – IFB (Interest-Free Banking)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Economics.
Experience: At least 1 year as Business Manager III–IFB or Assistant Branch Manager II–IFB / Customer Service Supervisor II–IFB.
Location: Wegagen Amana Adama Branch
4. Branch Manager IV
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Economics.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as Business Manager III–IFB or Assistant Branch Manager II–IFB / Customer Service Supervisor II–IFB.
Job Purpose:
Enhance branch growth and profitability by cross-selling bank products, acquiring and retaining clients, introducing new financial solutions, and improving operational performance.
Location: Under Jimma District
5. Branch Manager III
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking or financial services, including at least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or equivalent role.
Job Purpose:
Lead branch operations and ensure sustainable business growth through innovative service delivery, customer acquisition, and efficiency optimization.
Location: Under Jimma District
