Open Positions
1. Branch Manager IV
Locations: Ambo Branch & Holeta Branch
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year at a supervisory level
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch growth, customer acquisition, and profitability
- Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and high service standards
- Cross-sell banking products and lead staff development
2. Branch Manager IV – Interest-Free Banking (IFB)
Location: Khalid Branch
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB principles is required
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in banking, with 1 year in a supervisory role within Interest-Free Banking (e.g., CSS-II IFB or Sr. CSO-I IFB)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch in delivering compliant and customer-focused IFB services
- Ensure effective sales of Shari’ah-compliant products and portfolio performance
- Oversee risk, compliance, and team development
