Walia Steel Industry (WSI) is a private limited company established in 2006 in Alemgena Town, Oromia Regional State, approximately 20 km from Addis Ababa. The company was founded with an initial capital of Birr 200,000,000 and has expanded its capital and operations over the years.
WSI operates on a total land area of 53,000 square meters and focuses on the manufacturing and marketing of high-quality steel products to meet growing industrial and construction demands in Ethiopia.

1. Import & Export Officer (Junior Level)
Qualification
- BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of import and export procedures
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities

2. General Manager – Best Plastic Industries (Mid-Level)
Qualification
- BA/BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
Skills Required
- Strong leadership skills
- Operational and strategic management capability

3. Project Manager (Mid-Level)
Qualification
- BSc/MSc Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Experience
- 4–6 years of relevant project management experience
Skills Required
- Strong planning and reporting skills
