Position 1: Customer Service / Call Center Agent
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in a call center, logistics, transportation, or customer service setting
- Fluent in both English and Amharic
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualities:
- Friendly, empathetic tone with customers
- Quick learner with knowledge of logistics processes
- High attention to detail in data entry and customer records
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
Position 2: Cost and Price Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cost analysis, pricing, or financial analysis (preferably in logistics or supply chain sectors)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling capability
- Familiarity with logistics cost structures and ERP/accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and reporting abilities
