1. Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to promote teamwork and staff commitment.
- Good knowledge of participatory approaches and sustainable development.
- Excellent computer, written, and oral communication skills.
Location: Hawassa
2. Credit Analyst
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Location: Hawassa
3. Branch Manager – D
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA/Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 4 years’ experience for Degree holders OR 6 years for Diploma holders.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Financial planning and basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication, training, and coaching abilities.
- Motorbike driving skill and license required.
