1. Call Center Operator
Qualifications and Experience
- BA Degree or Diploma in Customer Service, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in call center operations, customer support, or frontline service
- Experience in FinTech, banking, telecom, mobile money, or e-commerce call centers is a strong advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken Amharic and English
- Proficiency in additional Ethiopian languages such as Afaan Oromo or Tigrinya is an advantage

2. Legal Advisor
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university
- LL.M. in Commercial Law is highly advantageous
- Valid advocacy or legal practice license in Ethiopia
- 4 to 7 years of post-qualification legal experience in a corporate setting, law firm, financial institution, or technology enterprise
- Direct experience in FinTech, banking, telecom, or digital payments is strongly preferred
- Native or full professional fluency in Amharic and English
- Strong legal drafting skills

3. Marketing Coordinator / Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of active experience in digital marketing, brand coordination, content creation, or advertising
- Experience in FinTech, banking, mobile money, telecom, technology startups, or advertising agencies is a strong advantage
- Full professional fluency in Amharic and English, both written and spoken

4. Marketing Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, International Business, Strategic Communications, or a related discipline
- MBA, Master’s degree, or professional accreditation such as CIM or digital marketing certifications is highly advantageous
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in corporate marketing, growth hacking, or brand management
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or lead capacity overseeing cross-functional marketing initiatives

5. Operations Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Law, IT, or a related field
- MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a management or senior supervisory role
- Proven experience leading multiple departments or cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in at least two areas such as operations, finance, marketing, HR, project management, legal/compliance, or FinTech
- Experience in FinTech, banking, mobile money, digital payments, financial services, technology companies, or digital platforms is highly preferred
