Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the DAAD EPOS Scholarship 2026 in Germany, candidates must:
- Hold an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Possess a degree obtained within the last 6 years (as of October 2025).
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience after graduation (internships/volunteering not counted).
- Hold an above-average academic degree (upper-third of class).
- Not have lived in Germany for more than 15 months prior to the application deadline.
- If already holding a Master’s degree, provide a strong justification for pursuing a second postgraduate degree.
- Note: Academic work (teaching/research) is usually not accepted as relevant work experience, unless in exceptional cases.
