1. Documentation / Filing Clerk
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, IT, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years in documentation or similar role
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer literacy
Salary: As per company scale
2. Human Capital Management Officer II
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration & Development Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 3 years HR experience (including 1 year as Training Officer)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent computer skills
Salary: As per company scale
3. Senior Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance
Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience (including 1 year as Accountant)
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills

4. Senior Programmer

Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or Engineering (Software Focus)

Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience (including 2 years in insurance)

6. Manager – Legal Service
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification: LLB or LLM
Experience: Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including either:
- 2 years as Principal Attorney / Section Head / Legal Head, OR
- 4 years in a supervisory or senior legal role (with 4 years in insurance)
Skills: - Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of insurance laws and practices
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Computer proficiency
