Position 1: Secretary
Education:
- Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management
- COC Certificate required
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong office management and organizational ability
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Salary: As per the company salary scale
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 2: General Maintenance Technician
Education:
- Diploma in Plumbing, Electricity, Woodwork, Sanitary, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years proven and relevant experience in a similar role
Key Skills:
- General maintenance and repair skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and professional conduct
Salary: As per the company salary scale

Position 3: Building Administrator
Education:
- Diploma / BA / BSc in Management, Construction Management, Electricity, or related fields
Experience:
- 6 years (Degree holders) or 4 years (Diploma holders) of relevant experience

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Good command of written and spoken English
