Position: Junior Packaging Operator
Required Education and Experience
- BSc Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Or related field
OR
- Diploma/Level IV from a vocational-technical school in related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities is an advantage
Key Skills and Competencies
- Understanding of teamwork principles
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices
- Awareness of preventative maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive and flexible attitude toward change
- Understanding of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and statutory requirements
- Written and spoken English is an advantage
