Position: Sales Executive
Main Purpose
Increase sales volume in the assigned region, maintain strong customer relationships, and support promotional strategies to achieve company targets and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales activities to meet 100% of set targets
- Visit 25+ pre-selected outlets per day and document data in Sales Buzz
- Maintain an up-to-date list of active and inactive outlets
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers
- Submit weekly/monthly Journey Plans and adhere to execution
- Ensure Early Morning Deliveries
- Monitor competitor activity and support promotional campaigns
- Attend daily morning meetings and report any field issues timely
Qualifications and Skills
- BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing preferred
- Good knowledge of Field Sales operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills and willingness for continuous learning
- Driving license (minimum 2nd grade) with active driving experience
- Flexibility to work in various regions in Ethiopia
