Position 1: Internal Control Specialist
Academic Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (manufacturing sector experience preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in internal audit, risk management, compliance, or internal controls.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (CPA/ACCA preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in accounting with hands-on experience in SAP System (mandatory).
- Background in manufacturing/FMCG industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of IFRS and strong accounting principles.
Skills & Abilities
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FI.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- High accuracy in journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Effective communication with both finance and non-finance teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools).
