The company is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Officer to support its IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to staff.
Position: IT Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Work Experience
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Internship experience is acceptable
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and office applications
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices
- Experience with IT support tools or ticketing systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Assist with managing company networks (LAN/WAN and internet connectivity)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support software installation, updates, and user account management
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Ensure data security, system backups, and antivirus protection
- Assist in implementing company IT policies and procedures
