Internship Position: Innovative Finance Lab

Are you a recent graduate passionate about sustainable development and finance innovation? The Innovative Finance Lab at UNDP Ethiopia invites you to join its internship program designed to empower the next generation of development finance leaders.

Responsibilities & Learning Areas

• Support research and project development in innovative finance solutions
• Assist in data analysis and policy reports
• Contribute to private sector engagement efforts
• Gain exposure to SDG-aligned financing strategies and development planning

Education & Eligibility

• Recently graduated (within 1 year) with a Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Economic Development
  • Or other related fields
• Understanding of investment and private sector development is a plus
• Must be available for 6 consecutive months

Skills & Language Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Language: Fluent in English and Amharic
