Internship Position: WASH Intern (Entry-Level, Female-Focused)
As part of its commitment to youth employment and gender inclusion, NCA is seeking a motivated WASH Intern to support CRWASH programs. This internship offers on-the-job training for passionate and qualified recent graduates.
Education & Eligibility
- Graduate Year: 2023 or 2024
- Field of Study: Environmental Health or Public Health
- Academic Requirement: CGPA of 3.5+ and exit exam passed
- Preferred Candidate: Female applicants strongly encouraged
Skills & Language Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of WASH-related software or data analysis tools is a plus
- Languages: Fluency in Amharic and English required; local languages are a bonus
Personal Attributes
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting
- High level of integrity and adaptability
- Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote program areas
- Capacity to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment
