Available Positions
1. Sales Analyst
Education:
- BA in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 3 years of proven experience in sales operations, sales data analysis, CRM/ERP reporting, or related sales areas.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charting).
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- CRM/ERP data extraction and reporting.
- Statistical analysis knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Amharic and strong English command.
Location: Addis Ababa / Gelan
2. Purchaser (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)
Education:
- BA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or logistics (FMCG/manufacturing industry preferred).
Key Skills:
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic MS Office proficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop in procurement.
- Reliable and proactive work ethic.
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Regional Sales Manager
Education:
- BA/MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- 8 years (BA) or 6 years (MA) in senior sales roles such as National/Regional Sales Manager or Deputy Sales Manager.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Ethiopian retail markets and distribution networks.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM software expertise.
- Fluency in Amharic and strong English command.
