1. Cashier Accountant
Education:
- BA/Diploma/Level III Certificate in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Cashier, Cash Accountant, or Treasury Assistant (preferably in FMCG or retail industry)
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong compliance and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Location: Addis Ababa/Gelan
2. Sales Operation Coordinator & Analyst
Education:
- BA degree in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, Sales Data Encoder, or related roles
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in CRM/ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Amharic and English
Location: Addis Ababa/Gelan
3. Upcountry Sales Manager
Education:
- BA/MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- 8 years (BA) or 6 years (MA) progressive experience in senior sales leadership roles (National/Regional Sales Manager)
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sales forecasting and budgeting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian upcountry markets and distribution channels
- Fluency in Amharic and preferably a regional language (Afaan Oromo, Tigrinya, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel extensively

4. Regional Sales Supervisor
Education:
- BA/MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- 6 years (BA) or 4 years (MA) as Sales Supervisor, Senior Sales Officer, or Sales Coordinator
Skills:
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Fluency in Amharic and regional languages (depending on assigned zone)
- Valid driver’s/motorcycle license & ability to travel extensively
Location: Addis Ababa/Gelan
5. Regional Sales Manager
Education:
- BA/MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- 8 years (BA) or 6 years (MA) progressive experience as Regional/National Sales Manager
Skills:
- Strategic sales management and leadership
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
- Fluency in Amharic and English
- Strong knowledge of Addis Ababa consumer and retail market
