The company is registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Proclamation No. 86/1994 and License No. 017/12. TISc commenced operations with a subscribed capital of ETB 45 million and a paid-up capital of ETB 11,480,000, exceeding the regulatory minimum. Initially, the company operated with three branches in Addis Ababa and has grown to become a trusted private insurance provider.
Available Positions
Position 1: Accountant I
Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
Quantity: 2
Salary: As per company scale with other benefit packages
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and balances
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Prepare reports and financial statements as required by management
Position 2: Manager – Life Assurance Division
Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or Statistics
Experience: Minimum 7 years total experience, including 3 years in a senior managerial position
Salary: As per company scale with other benefit packages
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the Life Assurance Division
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the life insurance portfolio
- Lead a team of professionals and ensure targets are met
- Monitor regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other divisions to optimize operational efficiency
