About Tsehay Insurance
Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was established on March 28, 2012 by 105 shareholders, including prominent individuals and business organizations. The company is licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Proclamation No. 86/1994 and License No. 017/12.
TISc launched operations with a subscribed capital of ETB 45 million and a paid-up capital of ETB 11.48 million, exceeding the minimum regulatory requirement at the time. Starting with three branches in Addis Ababa, the company has continued to expand its insurance services and operations across Ethiopia.
