Educational Qualification
BA Degree from a recognized higher education institution in one of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking and Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- A related field of study
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
Duty Stations: Shashemene and Addis Ababa.
2. Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
BA Degree from a recognized higher education institution in one of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking and Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- A related field of study
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
Duty Stations: Shashemene and Addis Ababa.
3. Interest-Free Banking Officer
Educational Qualification
BA Degree from a recognized higher education institution in one of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking and Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- A related field of study
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Interest-Free Banking Officer.
Duty Station: Head Office.
4. Senior Interest-Free Banking Officer
Educational Qualification
BA Degree from a recognized higher education institution in one of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking and Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- A related field of study
Work Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Interest-Free Banking Officer.
Duty Station: Head Office.
