Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year as Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee
Location: Addis Ababa, Adama & Aweday
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years as Junior Customer Service Officer
Location: Adama & Aweday
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years as Customer Service Officer
Location: Aweday, Debark & Dansha
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
