Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
Location: Hawassa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.
Position 2: Customer Handling and Experience Officer
Qualification:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in call center operations, customer service, research, or quality assurance.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in multiple local or foreign languages is an advantage.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.
Position 3: Senior Digital Banking Operation Officer
Qualification:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with at least 2 years as Digital Banking Operation Officer.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.
Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualification:
- BA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Customer Service Officer.
Location: Aweday and Hawassa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.
Position 5: Manager, IT Service Desk & Auxiliary Systems
Qualification:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with at least 2 years in banking support or auxiliary operations.
Additional Requirement:
- ITIL or other IT certifications are preferred.
