Position: Branch Manager I
Tsehay Bank S.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Manager I to lead operations and drive performance at our Dire Dawa, Jigjiga, and Kombolcha branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve targets and operational goals.
- Develop and execute branch business plans to drive deposit growth, credit management, and overall profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage branch budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and the local community.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within the branch.
What You Need to Succeed:
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets.
