The company is one of Ethiopia’s leading importers and distributors of veterinary and human pharmaceuticals as well as agrochemical products, serving the market for over two and a half decades.
In addition to its core distribution business, Tropical Pharma has over seven years of experience in export, dealing in coffee, seed oils, and pulses.

Position 1: Junior HR Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or other related fields.
Experience:
- 0 years and above (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Salary: Negotiable and Attractive
Position 2: Agronomist
Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Plant Science or related fields.
Experience:
- 0 years and above (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Required Number: 2 (Two)

Position 3: Driver
Qualification:
- Completed Grade 10 or above.
Experience:
- Possess a Dry 1 driving license.
- Minimum 3 years and above relevant driving experience.
