Position: Graduate Trainee
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields from a recognized higher learning institution.
Graduation Year:
2025 G.C / 2017 E.C graduates only.
Minimum Requirements:
- CGPA: 2.50 and above
- Exit Exam: 50% and above
Training and Commitment:
Successful candidates will undergo a 2–3 month comprehensive training program (both on-the-job and off-the-job). Upon completion, trainees will be required to commit to a three-year service period with Addis International Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a Branch Manager, Graduate Trainees will:
- Handle cash transactions at the counter, including receiving and paying cash against verified instruments.
- Maintain accurate records and validate transactions as per Bank procedures.
- Reconcile daily cash balances and ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
Place of Work:
Addis Ababa, Sheger City area, Adama, Assela, Assosa, Arbaminch, Bale, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Gambella, Hawassa, Hossaena, Jimma, Mizan Aman, Sodo, Logiya, and Mekelle.
