Position: Junior Lawyer
Job Summary:
Transsion Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join its legal team. The role is ideal for fresh LL.B graduates with strong analytical skills, proficiency in English, and an interest in corporate and labor law.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B) in Law from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduate (no prior experience required).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a corporate legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Support the legal department with case follow-ups and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized filing systems.
- Handle administrative and documentation tasks within the legal department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
