Position Summary
The Mobile Assembler role is an entry-level opportunity designed for young individuals seeking to start a career in manufacturing. Selected candidates will work in a structured production environment and gain hands-on technical experience.
Job Requirements
Education
- TVET Level 2, 3, or 4 in:
- Electricity
- Automotive Technology
- Information Technology
- Electronics
- Related fields
OR
- Completion of Grade 10 or Grade 12
Age
- 18 to 26 years
Experience
- Not required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Discipline and reliability
- Willingness to learn and improve
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) strictly
- Participate in assembly line operations
Resource Management
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment properly
- Maintain production resources and workstations
Quality Control
- Identify and report technical issues
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in technical training programs
- Improve productivity and skills
Workplace Standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization using 5S principles
Professional Conduct
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Adhere to company policies on discipline and punctuality
