Program Summary: Trainee Manager
Our Trainee Manager Program is designed for fresh graduates in Hotel & Hospitality Management and Finance. Over a 12‑month rotational curriculum, trainees gain hands‑on experience across key departments—Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Accounting, and Finance—under the mentorship of senior leaders. Successful trainees will be fast‑tracked into supervisory and managerial roles within the Kuriftu network.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management or Finance
- Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates only)
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to relocate or rotate across multiple units
- Passion for hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction
