Position 1: Customer Success / Training Scheduler Officer (7 positions)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related
- 0–1 year experience
- Strong communication in Amharic & English
- Knowledge of B2B, e-commerce, or trade systems (advantage)
- Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools
- Highly organized and customer-focused
- Additional languages (French, Arabic, Chinese) are a plus
- Gender: Female
Location:
- Addis Ababa (Bole, Helzer Tower, 8th Floor)
Position 2: Sales Officer (20 positions)
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 0 years experience (fresh graduates can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
