1. Sales Officer (Fresh Graduate)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (other local or international languages are a plus).
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

2. Customer Success Officer (Female Candidates)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer success, B2B support, or sales coordination.
- Strong understanding of B2B ecosystems, trade facilitation, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Proficiency in English & Amharic (additional languages such as French, Arabic, Chinese are an advantage).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
