Position 1: Sales Officer (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of sales strategies and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English (additional local or international languages is a plus).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience: 0 years – fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Data Scientist
Educational Qualification:
- BSc or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in data analysis, ML, or system development.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or trade data preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Node, SQL, and major data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI tools, dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), or recommendation systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English; Amharic proficiency preferred.
