Position: Sales Officer
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome (0 years of experience required).
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to articulate information effectively across diverse audiences
- Fluency in English; additional local or international languages are a plus
- Persuasive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Recruit, screen, and train sales employees
- Engage potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
- Address customer questions and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate sales records, appointments, and customer complaints
- Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audiences
- Provide feedback to product developers for product improvements
- Analyze competitor products and market trends
