Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides practical experience in HR operations, document management, and administrative tasks. It is ideal for recent graduates or early career professionals looking to gain exposure to international development HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation: Scan and file personnel documents accurately to maintain organized records.
- Record Keeping: Assist in organizing and updating employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparation of HR-related documents.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively on HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Team player with willingness to learn
Duration & Working Hours
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
