About Zefmesh Grand Mall
Zefmesh Grand Mall, located in Megenagna, Addis Ababa, is one of Ethiopia’s largest and most modern commercial malls. Operated by Zefmesh Construction, the mall spans over 4,000 square meters, with planned expansion of an additional 5,000 square meters. The mall hosts a wide range of businesses, including retail shops, restaurants, electronics stores, cinemas, service providers, and Zefmesh HomeDepot – a flagship center for furniture and home design.

Position 1: Tender Officer
Responsibilities
- Identify, collect, and prepare tender documents and proposals
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients on procurement needs
- Ensure timely submission of accurate and compliant tender documents
- Maintain records of bidding activities and procurement documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the furniture industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and document preparation skills
Position 2: Furniture Designer
Responsibilities
- Design and develop furniture layouts and blueprints
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet client specifications
- Apply design principles and technical knowledge in manufacturing processes
- Maintain design documentation and digital portfolios
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or related engineering fields
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a furniture manufacturing factory
- Proficiency in design software and MS Office tools
- Strong portfolio in furniture or interior design is preferred
