1. Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer
Number of Positions: 8
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC1 and IGC2 certification required.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience coordinating HSE activities in a large construction project or manufacturing sector.
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labor laws, safety directives, and environmental regulations.
- Risk assessment and hazard identification.
- First aid and emergency preparedness.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Finance System Management Specialist
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- ERP certification is an advantage.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Business Systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Experience in ERP implementation, integration, testing, or automation.
- Experience working in a complex organization is preferred.
- Experience in real estate or construction is an advantage.

3. Project Finance & Cost Control Specialist
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Qualifications in project management, quantity surveying, or cost engineering are an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, management accounting, construction finance, or related fields.
- Strong experience managing finance for construction, real estate, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive projects is highly desirable.
