Educational Qualification:
Minimum TVET Level III/IV or Diploma with CoC certification in one of the following fields:
- Manufacturing Technology
- Industrial Mechanics
- Industrial Electricity
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electricity or Electronics Engineering
- Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Food Science
- Related fields
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop-floor environment.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining company values.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on different tasks.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
- Reliability and punctuality, including adherence to attendance policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to receive feedback and implement improvements.
- Willingness to learn, teach, and share best practices.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, and email.

Educational Qualification:
