Position: Telemarketer – Customer Service & Sales
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? Join Reality Construction & Real Estate to help connect potential clients with outstanding real estate opportunities and play a key role in the company’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers via phone to promote company services and real estate offerings
- Provide detailed information on properties, pricing, and payment options
- Maintain and update customer contact lists and follow-up records
- Explain the benefits and value of investing in Reality’s residential and commercial projects
- Track and report customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Meet outreach and engagement targets under minimal supervision
What You Need to Succeed:
- BA Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first mindset
- Calm and effective communication under pressure
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools
- Professional appearance and a positive, persuasive attitude
- Trustworthy, goal-oriented, and resilient
