Available Positions
1. Marketing Officer (02 Positions)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management
Experience:
- 0 years and above
2. Junior Finance Officer
Education:
- First Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
Experience:
- 0 year and above
Additional Requirement:
- Short-term training certificate in Peachtree or IFRS
3. Clinical Nurse
Education:
- First Degree in Clinical Nursing from a recognized institution
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Certificate:
- Updated professional license from Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority
4. Chief Security / Security Head
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Strong understanding of compliance management in healthcare
- Ability to develop and enforce security policies
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments
- Experience in managing and training security staff
- Strong communication skills (including coordination with law enforcement)
- Ability to analyze incidents and implement improvements
- Knowledge of access control systems and visitor management
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
5. Food and Nutrition Director
Education:
- Second Degree (Master’s) in Nutrition Science or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years (preferably in a health center)
Certificate:
- Valid license from Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority
