Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Citizenship from an eligible country
  • Admission to an eligible Master’s program in Sweden
  • Minimum 3,000 hours of documented work experience
  • Proven leadership experience (professional or voluntary)
  • Strong academic background
  • Commitment to contributing to sustainable development
